Tulsa, Oklahoma

Your shop still runs.

We build the software a Tulsa shop actually uses: job lists and a map, a register, a website people can book on, ads that send them there, and custom apps when a spreadsheet is not enough. Click a demo. If it fits, we build yours — you own it.

Harbor Street Coffee POS — walk-up ticket
POS · walk-up, table, one kitchen ticket

We run shops. These are ours.

What you get

See it before you buy.

Same idea as Square or Jobber: you can click the real screens. This is the software, not a picture of software.

CRM

Today’s jobs on your phone

Who you see next, on a map. Text them from the stop. Send the bill before you leave. The notebook, without the notebook.

POS

Ring it up. Kitchen sees the ticket.

Counter, table, or phone — one ticket. Cash in the drawer. Card charges go to your Stripe account, not ours.

Website + ads

A page people can book on. Ads that send them there.

Not a pretty site that only has a phone number. One button: book, order, or ask. You pay Facebook and Google from your own accounts. We set the ads so they send people to that page.

Proof

These are ours. We run them.

Not client logos we borrowed. Pylon, Tulsa Slab Co, and Barsity are shops we built and still operate. Yours will not be a copy of theirs.

How

How it works

  1. 01

You show us a busy day

Photos of how it should look. What has to work when you’re slammed. That’s the brief — not a 40-page proposal.

  2. 02

We build only what you use

Jobs, register, website, ads — whichever this shop needs. Deposit when you sign. We build. You pay the rest when it’s live.

  3. 03

    You own it

It’s yours. We can’t turn it off. A small monthly means someone here still picks up if something breaks.

Demo

Click around. Nothing is billed.

Fake shops, real screens. Same software we install. This browser only — not a customer’s books.

How you pay

Deposit. We build. Then a small monthly.

Not a free plan that turns into a surprise bill. You put a deposit down, we build, you pay the rest when it works. Then a small monthly so someone in Tulsa still answers. Exact numbers are on the agreement — we don’t invent them on this page.

From us

Hey —

Most agency sites show logos they didn’t build. We run Pylon, Tulsa Slab Co, and Barsity. That’s the proof.

We don’t sell you five separate apps. We build one setup so the shop still runs when you step out. Click a demo. If it feels like your day, we meet once and we build yours.

Two people. Tulsa. We’d rather you click it than read us.

What we build

Job lists for trucks. A register for the counter. A website people can book on. Ads. Custom apps. One shop in Tulsa — we cover the metro.

Questions

Straight answers

Do you take the card payments or run my ads?

No. Card charges go to your Stripe. Facebook and Google ads stay on your accounts. We don’t hold the money and we don’t own the ad account.

Is this a kit I have to finish myself?

No. You show us how a busy day looks. We build it. You run the shop.

Will my site look like Pylon or Slab Co?

No. Those are our shops. Yours gets its own look. We never say “yours will look like theirs.”

What if I only need a website?

That’s fine. Trucks usually need the job list. Cafés and bars usually need the register. We only add what you use.

Ready when you are.
